Please be aware that once you have submitted your initial payment you are agreeing to the Terms of Service in their entirety.
The method of payment accepted is PayPal. Most packages require a deposit of 50% before work begins and the remaining balance is due before the design is installed on your live site or before the final graphic files are sent. Installation will take place within 24-48 hours of final payment (I will clearly communicate if there is any reason that I will not be able to meet this timeline).
Due to the nature of the services, Small Biz Internet Solutions will not issue refunds for any reason. If we are unable to start on a project due to unforeseen circumstances we will issue a refund accordingly, however once work has started no refunds will be issued.
Copyright and Credit
Designs are intended for a single project on a single URL. Clients may not copy the design, elements or Genesis for use on another blog, website or social networking profile.
Small Biz Internet Solutions o owns a developer license for the Genesis Framework and StudioPress premium themes. They are only licensed to be used on Small Biz Internet Solution client sites.
No derivative works of copyrighted property will be permitted. If a client removes any part of the design, client must completely start over and choose a new standard WordPress theme (and uninstall the Genesis Framework).
Clients are responsible for complying with U.S. Copyright Law (even if the client lives outside the U.S), license agreement(s) and photography copyrights of any images provided to Small Biz Internet Solutions.
Design credit will be placed in the footer of all themes/templates created by or customized by Small Biz Internet Solutions. The footer credit must remain intact for the duration of the use of the design. We reserve the right at any time to ask that my credits be removed if the design is changed in a way that we are uncomfortable with and is no longer a true reflection of our work.
When your project starts it is important to stay in contact and respond to email timely. We will respond to your emails within 24-48 hours (usually much faster). It is important that the client respond in a timely fashion as well.
If the client fails to respond in a timely manner, that project will be delayed until a time when regular communication is possible. We do not conduct business by phone. We are consistently available via email and can schedule time to be available for an online chat or Skype session.
If client fails to communicate within a week without warning, the project will be recycled back into the queue. If a client does not respond or communicate within 21 days the project will be closed and considered finished regardless of status.
Small Biz Internet Solutions will make every effort to keep your project on schedule; however, we depend on your input and communication. A project that extends beyond 60 days from the start date will be subject to additional charges.
The design process takes place on a test or preview blog. Approval and final payment will be required before the final design is installed and the site goes live. Any minor tweaks need to be submitted within one week of the live date. Changes made after this point will be charged the regular hourly rate @ $65 an hour.
Content is not included unless specified in quote. Design packages include post and page design/layout, however this does not include revising content or adding content.
Small Biz Internet Solutions does not guarantee sales or success of websites or blogs.
