Having been a small business owner myself I understand the frustrations of little time and little money but wanting to achieve great outcomes and increased profit.

I also appreciate someone taking the time to make any process as easy as possible for me allowing me to spend time on building my business.

I value honesty and believe that your word is your word. I understand the importance of being nurtured and nurturing others.

I honor those who put time and effort into wanting to create an opportunity that will benefit those around them and their communities.

I believe in constant and never-ending improvement and acknowledge that it is in the best interests of everyone to continuously seek ways to improve what I do and how it will affect the lives of others.

“It is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life …That no one can sincerely try to help another …Without helping themselves.”

~ Ralph Waldo Emerson ~

Should you decide that your small business blog design should include similar values and ethics then I consider it all joy working for you.

The best way to begin this journey is to fill in this form and email it back to me.

Then what happens?

Small Business Blog Design Blue Print

Below is my small business blog design blue print which outlines the steps that we will take to ensure the success of your project. Understanding the importance of communication is vital to both parties so please don’t hesitate in emailing me any questions or queries you may have.

Initial Discussion

After completing and returning the Small Business Blog Profile (SBBP.doc) we will organise a time over phone or email to define the project more and get a feel if we can work together in obtaining your desired results. I will provide you with a written cost estimate, keeping in mind this is an estimate to allow for change.

Discussion will include your goals, requirements; identify features, request materials, content availability, keywords and project time line.

Preliminary Idea and Payment

So we have agreed that the budget and time frame is suitable to both of us and that you are happy with the preliminary ideas. So that we know where we are at, I will send you a written design specification and a simple agreement for your signature and return.

At this point I will also include an invoice for ½ of the total estimated fee.

Create the Content

This is the fun part. I’m sure you have big goals for your company, and to achieve them you need to have a plan.

At this point it is worth revisiting your goals in regards to what you want your blog to achieve, as these goals will then represent the content that you wish to supply. For example if a goal is for your potential customers to find out more information about your business then your content needs to reflect this.

Once you have these goals outlined it will make the pulling of the content together so much easier. Now although you will need to supply this information, don’t feel that you are alone as I’m happy to assist with ideas and suggestions.

So if you need help at this stage please ask.

Create the Business Blog

So you have done your bit now it is up to me!! Whilst you sit back and chill out I will begin the process of creating, designing, implementing, optimizing, keywords, plugins, social networking, navigating, structure and much more.

As this can take time I appreciate your patience and understanding and will do everything I can to adhere to our estimated time frame as per our agreement.

Preview and Test

At this stage you will have the chance to proof read and preview the blog. If included in your package we will have the coaching session on what you should do next and how to handle your blog.

At this stage final payment is required and a box of chocolate to celebrate.

Follow Up

After you have been up and running for a month this is the time to use your last coaching voucher to ensure that you are comfortable with uploading images and content and that things are working smoothly for you.

I do offer monthly maintenance rates should that concept be way too much hard for you in which case we will do up a quote for to meet your new goals.
